Therapy is a transformative journey that can help you gain deeper self-awareness, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or identity concerns, therapy provides a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. With my extensive experience working with individuals facing these challenges, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based methods, and emotionally focused techniques to help you:
🌸 Challenge Negative Beliefs – Shift self-doubt and critical inner thoughts into self-compassion and empowerment.
🌸 Embrace Your Strengths – Recognize your unique qualities and build confidence in who you are.
🌸 Develop Resilience – Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional setbacks more easily. Foster Meaningful Connections – Understand your relationships and create healthier, more fulfilling interactions.
While my practice is an out-of-network provider, many clients with PPO insurance plans are able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for a portion of their therapy costs.
To make the process easier for you, I’ve implemented a streamlined system to handle the out-of-network insurance process on your behalf. During our initial consultation, I can assist you in verifying whether you have out-of-network benefits and help estimate your potential reimbursement. Instead of managing paperwork and submitting claims yourself, this service will take care of the entire process for you from verifying your insurance coverage before therapy begins to filing claims directly with your insurance provider. This allows you to focus fully on your personal growth and healing while the administrative details are managed for you.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
